Sometimes if you feed the animal at the forest, they follow you home. You can count that as a pet.

Hello there postage! Why not think about registering with us? You'd get a lot more out of neo that way. ^^ In this game, you cannot actually get a pet. The most you can do is feed a pet, and have it appear outside your house the next day. -------------------  | |

Buy a portable flower, and catch a fish, and then talk to Foster {ranger guy}. He'll give you the option of editing the forest area, or making pet feed. Choose making pet feed, and he'll make it for you if you have the proper ingredients. Then, once it is made, talk to an animal, or press the 'A' button. You'll feed it then. Whew, that's a lot of explaining. ^-^ ------------------- | |

But you have to buy a flower and catch a fish every time that you want to feed an animal. Hence the reason I've only fed one animal. [I can't be bothered to sit there and catch a fish. >.<'] By the way, Stargirl, you could have started a new thread to ask your question, rather than bumping up an older thread. ^^ ------------------- | |

I was just wondering... is it true that if you continue feeding animals they change colour? 'Coz I'm not certain.

If you continue to feed animals, they follow you. I don't believe that they do anything else besides that, especially change colour. But, I might be wrong. ;D ------------------- | |
