Spamming - Stands for Short Pointless Annoying Messages. Short posts such as "ok lol" or "thats cool" will be deleted, because they add nothing to any discussion and can suffocate decent posts.

Going Off Topic - If you go off topic in a thread and start chatting about things that aren't relevant to the topic in hand then your post may be deleted!

Need to contact someone? - If you want to chat to someone, then please use the NeoPM System and send them a private message. No one really wants to see two people talking in a thread about something off topic that could easily be taken to PM.

Flaming - No offensive, insulting, profane or vulgar remarks are allowed. Flaming is an unacceptable offense and will lead to ban. No one wants to be bullied on these forums.

Trolling - A form of flaming. (For example) Do not insult someone simply because they like a wrestler that you don't.

Pornographic Content - Do no under any circumstances post any pornography on the forum, or you'll be facing a lengthy ban! There are younger users on the site, and they don't need to see it.

Making Duplicate Threads - To avoid making a thread that has already been created, please check the thread index before creating a new thread. If you create a duplicate thread then it will have to be closed and you will be redirected to the original topic.

Advertising - Posting messages advertising is a punishable offense. Do not link to other sites in your posts that could take traffic away from Neo. This is only allowed through your Custom Title, Signature or Profile.
