What's this about?

You're wondering, what is the Tag Team Divisions. As of now, February 11, I have started to developed what will be a new category to the division. Why have we started this? Well, basically the community has requested for this to happen. More importantly, for fun and just so the thread itself can have new things happening and not just the same boring things every time we start a new thread.

How do I find a partner?

Well, basically I'd say our community is at least 15-20 people in general. You either pm or post in this thread asking if anyone wants to team up with you. You then pm sweet that both you and another member have agreed to team up. Not only will you pm sweet who your partner will be, you'll also have to come up with a name for your team. Pretty neat so far, isn't it? You'll have to tell me the name of your team and who your partner is. Here will be a pm already filled out ready to send to sweet.

How will this work?

Well, basically once you got your team ready. Both you and him have to agree on and challenge any team out there. The more victories you have, the higher you have a chance you have to be in the top to challenge the Tag Team Champions.

Well, many people from time to time have wondered what kind of topics will the Tag Team Division deal with. Well, basically the same as our singles division. You can do topics from wrestling, to freestyle. Freestyle meaning anything in general. Yes, this mean music counts too.

Records

If my partner and I lose or win, will this add up/affect our singles records?
No, a whole new part will be created for this division. I will make a section where it will name the Tag Team Names, and next to them will be their record. So, if you have a Tag Team battle, any results from those battles will only affect that particular section.

Well the idea first came around in the Shut Your Mouth Forum, HBK revived this whole thread and in the process I (sweet) became in charge of the division. Now that our SVR 06 has died and HBK has demoted as the moderator, the lack of activity has made me move the thread here. Now with the installment of the Divisions, you can show the world your talent and have something to show from it. The Three Groups: Heavyweight, Middleweight and Cruiserweight are grouped depending on how well you do. So if you are quite new to the scene you will most likely be facing people of a similar talent. But if you continue to beat people higher than you, you will be climbing up the ranks and be facing tougher opponents. It is a lot more challenging this way.

PM Esoteric and tell me you want to join the GFX Divisions so you can start to have battles and such, and I'll add you to the bottom of the cruiserweight division.

No, time and time again people have always asked why they can't have more than one battle at a time. The reason is because we don't want you to clog yourself with many battles and then end up saying you can't do any of the pieces for your battles and end up quitting. That's why I have established this 1 Battle Policy.

If someone doesn't turn in a piece for their battle and forfeits, this DQ victory won't add up to your record as a victory. I know, if you took the time to do a piece and they didn't turn in nothing, why can't I have it add up to my record. Is his record affected and counted as a defeat if he forfeits, the answer is no. What I do if someone does forfeit, I ban them from the thread for a while. If the problem persist, chances are that person won't be back in the divisions. Just for the record, if someone doesn't turn in their piece before the deadline given by a judge, this does not disqualify that person. The deadline is is just put up as a preference of when the judge would like to see the piece. I understand things may cross your way or you may have something to do, so that's why I don't deem passing a deadline as a disqualification.

This is going to be a problem. Nobody wants to go down in the ranks, and there will be some people who get high up and ignore people lower than them. Sweet will be watching this thread though, and if we see people ignoring challenges all the time, not competing in battles etc we will take some action. Don't worry too much though if you don't compete in battles 24/7. We just don't want too many people getting upset.=(

Photoshop is usually the weapon of choice around here. You can download a free trial off the website, but it costs to buy it, so unless you find away around that obstacle GIMP is a good, free alternative. Paint Shop Pro is another, it costs but I see it free with computer magazines occasionally if you look around. Any discussions or suggestions of illegaly obtaining graphics software will be harshly punished.

Yes, the highest placed people will get a title belt. Title holders have the right to vacate their title and remain in the division they are in. However, there isn't much reason to do this unless they want to take a break without being constantly challenged. Vacated titles will not stay that way for a long amount of time, their will usually be a proverbial "tournament" between multiple contestants where the title hangs over the battle, but no one is defending it, and the winner will receive the title.

That championship above is just an example of how a title holder looks like. You may put it in your signature if you like, they're under the pixel size limit and file size, so it shouldn't be a problem to have it as your signature.

Well, at the moment we are a short community as you can see. We haven't had much activity in this area, so I don't have Tag Team Belts for the Tag Team Division. If more activity or any at all spark up in this area, I'll see to it that we get some Tag Team titles around.

Yes, but you should really try and limit the amount of seasonal accounts you have. If you want to change you name, just pay the fee, don't go around making a new account every two weeks. If you have had your last name for a fair while, and now you feel like changing, send a private message sweet, telling me what your old name was, and what your new name is, and I'll change it in the appropriate places, so all your previous records carry over.

Well, ATM everyone is busy with their lives from the gfx community. Almost everyone has left, and some are still here but very busy with school/work and their lives. I'm not saying anyone can judge right now though. If you think you're judging material and if you're part of the GFX division, just send me a pm [ Esoteric ].

Well Lone wolf you are getting better with every single piece and this one is probably your best one It was a good choice of main pic and the bg and pics are quite good but the blending and the colour could be a little bit better the text is ok the font could have been better i am not that sure about the fear is not an option text but for your 3 or 4th piece it is very good.

Well this piece is awesome one of the best i have seen You do the background is very cool and free flowing and the colour choice is very good the text is a good choice and the color is very good. Your pixel text was a very good touch along with the font but the pics in the background you can hardly see them but the mian pic os very good i like the effect is overall i like your piece.

Will this piece is different to swhat i usually see but i like it the background is a nice touch because of the colour. I don't really like the text because of the placement and you can hardly see it. But the blending and the choice of pics are really good. The main picture just looks really weird but you got the bonus so overall it is and ok piece.
