I'm quite of an age myself, with reflexes that can be accurately measured with a calendar, and have still managed to finish the game more than once. Be warned there are some tough spots ahead in the game.

Unfortunately I can't tell where Lara is in the game from your description. Press Start, then select Level Statistics and the game will show the name of the level.

You're probably still early on so I'm running through Peru: Mountain Caves as I type.

If you can help me zero in on exactly where you are I'm sure we can get you through this area.

1aracr0ft's the best. If your stuck at the end of the first level, that's at 0:45 in that video. (Be aware that 1aracr0ft only does full walkthroughs will all treasures, relics and spoilers.)

If you haven't played a Tomb Raider game before I strongly recommend playing Tomb Raider: Legend first. It's a much better introduction to both the series and the platforming.
