oh god like i'm on the final book and it HAS to be:velvet Vs. cauldron She sucks against this boss! low attack and hp Vs HIGH attack and MOUNTAINS of HP any tips to dismantle that rustbucket?

Replay Velvet's book, level her up more. Get lots of Painkillers. Like 1 bag FULL of them. Get lots of Unlimited Power, and LOTS of Napalm.

Also, get lots of those Healing Potions/Elixirs/Food.

Now, once you're up there, spam Napalm, drink Painkiller, drink U.P., spam attacks. Swing away when it starts charging that stupid AoE death attack. Rinse, repeat, hope for the best, and you win.

...What? Velvet sucking at the Cauldron? Please. Velvet is the second best character to use against the Cauldron, Cornelious being the best (because he's stronger). Velvet has AoE in her normal finisher and her finisher does good damage as well.

She has low attack, but it only makes the battle longer, not harder.

She can easily pass through the whole phase of getting back up because of chain swing and her being easy to control makes it better.

To be honest, Merecedes has th worst of it. No AoE in her moves make it difficult to get rid of the arms in such a fast time and her flying doesn't help as much as you think it would.

*rant over* Anyways.

Since you already beat, there's no need to say alot but I,ll say it anyway.

Against the first set of arms you can go into a blue platform and spam Homing chain to get rid of them. Be sure to use your normal hits to get rid of the bolts coming at you. Once the arms are gone you keep attacking him with a normal ground combo. Once you've make it fall you can time your jump so that you can skip through getting back up.

He'll summon the arms again once he gets back up and there you attack the arms, while in the middle. That will damage the arms behind you and makes killing the arm much faster. Overload makes this quicker. Once you're done you can concentrate on the eye. Once he falls you don't need to time the jumps; by the time the Cauldron runs up again you would've been at the top already. Repeat this process over and over again.

With the correct amount of Psypher levels (40 is good) you can beat this boss without him using the OHKO (pretty much) move. I have never seen him use this move when I use Velvet.

Painkillers make more room for error, Ultimited Power saves time through waiting for POW, Overload makes the arms die quicker and the eye recieves more damage quickly. Have Healing Tonics, Elixirs, and other healing items incase you screw up.

What are the levels for your characters when you finish this game?

So far, I have managed to increase all the characters' level pass level 40+.

Hp between 800 and 1000 and 40+ lvl weapons are more than enough to beat the game in hard mode, of course, the rest is up to skill and supplementaries (painkillers, hp recovery bottles, those crazy flames that fly around you and absorb impacts, etc.)

Ok this is all the information i need thankies....now FRAG ME PEOPLE!!!!
