This is my second guitar, I have passed the 30 return to the store so I went to the Website and filled out the return process. It was so easy. I will be getting my new guitar in 3-5 days. When I receive my guitar I have to send my old one back. I had to put a hold on my Credit card for the return of the old one. So when I get the box I switch the new with the old and send it right back.

There was a different way to do it but it took longer. They would send you the empty box with return labels. You send the guitar back and when they receive your old one they will send a new one out.

Pretty easy considering you have you return the entire rock band set to a local store if was within the 30 days.

Erm, i dont have this game yet, or a PS3 for that matter, but was it the Tilt and Overdrive sensor that was dodgy, if so...
