I was just looking through Peavey's website, mostly just looking to buy an amplifier, and I noticed they actually sell controllers for GH and RB. As of now, they only sell ones compatible for the PS2, but the website says that in Fall, they'll support all systems.

Not only do these custom models come with great looking skins, but they are actual guitars as well. They're made out of wood, not plastic, and have a single humbucking pickup on them as well. They're don't have strings on them by default though. Although they can be played through real amplifiers, they're not really made for that since there's 5 buttons on the fret board that would get in the way.

They have a lot of pre-made designs, but you can create your own as well.

Lol yea, I want one too. I suppose you could design one yourself through the thing they have on the website. I don't think I would pay very much for it though. I'd rather have a real playable guitar with that paint job since I actually play the guitar. I've been thinking about doing it with my current one actually, but it would be a pretty big hassle.

It would probably be better for me to start from scratch. I enjoy building things, so I would find it very fun and challenging to make my own guitar from just a few things I bought.

I assume it's possible, if you have ANY guitar expierence, you could open up your guitar, add a couple better pickups, and remove the buttons, add your strings, and there you go, a new electric.
