I have our relationship at full and everything but when I prepose she says no help me

listen to the reason why they don't listen. Then try to fix it like feeding them and stuff.

I usually go through a series of steps before proposing to a neighbour:

1. I think it's fairly obvious that your must invite them over before any magic can happen.
   
   
2. As you're waiting for them to arrive, go to the fridge and click on Serve Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner.
   
   
3. As soon as they get there go and grab a plate of food. They should join you shortly after.
   
   
4. Once the guest has finished his/her meal, leave them to their own devices until they go to use the washroom.
   
   
5. Immediately after, invite your guest to an entertaining, yet comfortable activity (If it improves the social meter, it's a plus).
   
   
6. The person should finish up with the entertainment in a short amount of time, after which you should immediately start talking and interacting with them. Make sure to use the interactions that greatly improve their social mood meter.
   
   
7. One you feel that they have had their fill of socializing, you can finally pop the question.

If you have accomplished all of the steps in a fairly short amount of time, the chances that your guest will accept the proposal are very high.

i am having trouble just getting Bella to be my friend, i talk to her, and then after a few minutes talking, i go to compliment, and then she dislikes it, and our meter goes down, into the minus!!!

u gotta be careful with that, u should compliment when your relationship is fairly high, I usually do it about 40-50 to be safe

What happens when you have two sims in a house (roomates) and they want to get married with the sims they have met, will the girls move in or will one sim get there own place ?

And what happens if you have five adult sims in one house and one gets married, what would happen then ?

well being a girl i'll tell you a few things . . .
1)you have to be at 100 at the rlationship between you and her and you have to be living with her.
2)You also have to do most things for her(eg:clean every thing dont make her do all the cleaning just coz shes a women,)
3)talk to her and when the kiss option comes up use it but if she dosnt like this i would just keep with the talking and flirting.
4)buy the vibraing bed and you dont know she may want fun before she marries.
5)And finnaly get both into a jaquzzi folled by making her dinner and propose to her after you have both finished and in a good mood.
