	Vault-Tec utilised the vaults as unique opportunities to cary out many experiments likely deemed unethical by the government before the War. Vault 108 was the "Cloning vault". As you can guess, the subject first cloned was Gary. The cloning got out of hand, and now there are many Garys which have taken over the vault.
