Alright, Im starting a new character on Fallout 3. I finished point lookout, came back to capital wasteland and was ready to kick azz in Alaska. So I find the signal (I paid for OA In my Earlier character) Go into the base. Go to the simulator, put Gary 23 in (for weapons glitch) Make a save and enter the pod. It closes and starts loading and then boom! All of a sudden it crashes. No error report or anything. I have tried Doing with fose. No dice. Then I tried re downloading and re installing. Still no cigar. I move the OA files to the data files. Zilch. I dont understand how last time it worked first time and now I cant even sit in the dang chair!

I would appreciate if you guys could post your concerns, or comments to help fix this issue. I dont have any major mods activated. Only a portable tent and Nano suit armor, which I havent found yet. My rig can handle OA because I beat it before. I am also at the latest patch: 1.7
Im getting ery frustrated at this problem.

So you have any usermods? I find that usermods can do funny things with the game. Try disabling any usermods you might have, and try again. If it works, enable them one or two at a time until the issue pops up again.

Yeah, I solved the problem before reading your post tallteen. Thx though. The funny thing was that i did exactly what you said! I turned off all mods, including addons which i hadnt done yet and viola! I can play. So I get excited and try to isolate the problem. I load with just the tent and crash! So I figured it was just that since the tent reappears in your pocket when you load and O:A takes away your inventory. So right now I beat it and am happily fufiling my dream of kicking azz in teh wasteland in Winterized T-51b armor and my gauss rifle!

I guess people can use this as an example to help them with any O:A problems they might have had. Thx again!
