I can't say I will be putting too much more of my articles here on GameGrep. The system is too nebulous and it seems the moderators look for ANY reason NOT to approve something. AND I MEAN ANY!!!

The traffic generated is little for me.

You guys do not seem very open to any suggestions and quite honestly the level of attitude I receive on this site is astounding and very unprofessional.

Your system is not user friendly and the staff is even less friendlier.

I don't see the problem. I consider myself an average GameGrep user. I've submitted roughly 150 news articles, and I can count the number of times they were not approved with my fingers. The approvers/mods don't always look for excuses to reject articles like you say.
Just my two cents.

All I have to say is your experience would have been much better if you follow the rules. Take for example other webmasters who use gamegrep. Kevcothirtythree and XboxOZ360 are webmasters, they follow the rules and we have no problems with them, there are articles are approved in no time and are common submitters on gamegrep, while some of there articles do get good hits.

I suggest look at them as an example and you will see that we really aren't too harsh or looking for reasons to disapprove an article. All we ask for is a proper form for all articles which takes me less then 2 minutes to set up before I start writing the article itself. Which takes less then 5 minutes. We aren't as difficult as you make us out to be.

And you say that the staff hasn't been very polite to you, well I read the your other thread and it may have came off as impolite. But I assure you that who ever you thought was being impolite wasn't trying to. Look at in there perspective. Everyday they see articles with the same problems over and over from the same person, it gets tedious have to argue with the person to fix simple problems.

Every article I submit is usually quickly reviewed and accepted, and if not it is usually a source error which takes a minute to fix. None of them seem out to reject my submissions or take long to get to them.

Based on your last thread, that could be why they nitpick more or it could be that it would be more beneficial for your site if you provided a more indepth summary which would make them more curious.

more sites with your news = more traffic and if not right away they may still refer your stories to others and increase it that way

I didn't grep a lot, but I found the process to be wicked simple. And to be honest, the approval was never a problem for me. It all must lay in your style, 'cause it clearly works for everyone else.

Yeah, I saw the attitude you got in the other thread, but if the system is working just fine for everyone, new and old... well, yeah.

DV, I can speak from experience when I say that you and your site are easily among the least pleasant submitters we've had. We've tried explaining things to your people time and again, and you have outright refused to work with us, but rather retaliate and fight back, thus making things unpleasant for everyone. When we ask for something to be changed, it's for a good reason. Other webmasters have recognized this and haven't spoken against our policies, and if they have, the tone was nowhere near as hostile as it has been from your site. The Internet doesn't revolve around your site, so don't expect others to break their backs to try and do things your way, especially when you respond in belligerent tones instead of taking a couple of minutes to fix one problem. If you don't understand what we're looking for, ask, don't fight the system for no reason.

Can't say I will be sad to see those articles go. They were becoming borderline spam. I don't even own an xbox and I enjoy kevcothirtythree and xboxOZ360's articles far greater than any article from PSLS.

hahahahah... I nearly never (ever .. ever...... ever) check the forums. Today I did, and now I think i'll come back every so often. I had no clue there was e-drama like this.

And after doing a little background clicking around, I find that he is a part of this QUOTE article UNQUOTE... have fun posting back on N4G or where ever else sites like PSLS go (now if you could only coax hip hop rapper gamer variety hour site's crew to go with you)
