I don't think that's possible. Well at least during my time in Neoseeker I've never seen the forum background be different. The closest I've seen to something like that is in the HMDS GD.

Yeah, you can change the background of a forum, but the big table with all of the threads wouldn't change. I personally don't want to see a background, I think they make the forum look unprofessional. =/

So Pit, I just noticed that you don't have a rules thread, or a thread index. Those things are kind of necessary in a forum, don't you think? I know that we are a pretty calm community, but I usually think of those as forum staples.

Also, I really like how the On-Topic GD is more active than the Off-Topic, and how the Off-Topic GD is a very calm thread in general. I bet it would be more active if you took down the header.

By the way, I like your moderating style. It's laid back and cool, which is the best kind of moderator in a game forum (in my opinion). Doing great with the forum.

By the way, if you really think that there should be a rules list here, just say the word and I'll copy one of Fluidity's. Of course there would be a couple changes/additions to fit the game better, so it wouldn't be total plagiarism.
