heck, of course it is, I beat it last week, although, I don't think it's out in the US, which is strange, as the US usualy gets the game before us in the UK.

I'm on the last boss in the game but it's hard cayse theres 2.

If you're talking about Johnny and Whiskers, well that's not the last boss in the game. There's still Big Swell and Deep Core.

how can i find johnny? do you have to be in the jet bike to find him? i only met him once and he has not showen up any help would be nice.

he's found not that far away from shore, that's all the help I can give about finding him without looking at my game, i'll look up the locations later & post what islnad he's near & in what direction from the island.

well i got all of soinc's just need to get blaze's also 7th johnny is hard and i beated him with the first waterbike upgrade.

for the 7th johnny race, the trick is to use boost at exsactly the correct times making sure that you don't use up your boost, it's a lot harder than it sounds, though.
as for blaze, talk to the royal guard in you sailship's docking bay, sometimes he says he's located a sol emerald, you then have the mission to get it added to your mission list.

How I can I get the Chaos Emeralds?

I wander around on my bike, and I never found him except once, otherwise I never saw him.

you can use any vehicle. When on the sea map, draw a route to a little bright water circle. MAKE SURE YOU HAVEN'T GONE THROUGH IT, OR YOU'LL KNOW THAT JOHNNY ISN'T THERE. Then set sail for it. If Johnny's there, then race him.

race tips:The easiest way to beat Johnny is to collect rings until your boost is at max. When that happens, hold l or r and you'll boost fast without your speed guage going down. It's best if you get maximum boost power near the end of the race. OH, and if you boost, don't go through the translucent ring things behind Johnny (turbulance) or you will boost slower, but if your not boosting, USE IT!

Actually You suspose to beat some Bosses and Fidn Hidden islands for Gardon to fidn a sol emerald then you can do the mission
