	Does anyone know why I would not be getting any experience points or why it takes so long to get to the next level? I at level 14 have followed all the quests mission etc, and am having troubles getting this quest done. Does anyone know also what level you have to be at to beat the Charr and kill Garth Bloodfang and get Athena's Ashes?
