Okay, I'm some kind of sillyperson, yes, but I can't seem to make money for the life of me. I create a happy little (tiny) city- schools and hospital and all that necessary- and money continues to steadily leave me. Never rising. How do I make money? Any raising of taxes or lowering of funding sends people running from the place. What am I doing wrong?
