I saw a screen shot a while ago in 3rd person view where the female character was crouched behind a wall. Does this mean you'll be able to shoot like this because I haven't seen it in videos?

There's a video with Alyx crouching inside of a house shooting at something. The screenshot was just part of a that cut scene.So from what I've seen so far you can't.
