I just replayed this act for the first time and got the achievement on my first effort. Wasn't entirely easy though. The most difficult part for me was when you go into that one building and call for the elevator. It was tough because right when I pushed the button, about 6 or 7 of those damn running creatures jumped at me. I just panicked and ran around the room throwing those fuel canisters around lol. And when I jumped into the elevator to go down, one came in with me.
 When I got out of the elevator, I was at about 9 health. I ran and ran until getting packs, and was alright.As for when Grigori sends that cart over, I used Lords strategy and just ran around in circles. It worked pretty well until I fell off of the building, and had to make it back up to the roof lol. And, anyone who gets caught in that barnacle in the cave, my main piece of advice is that there is a fuel canister right before you jump in the water. just pick it up with your gun and jump in. When you rise out of the water the barnacle should grab the fuel and you'll be okay. ------------------- | |

I didnt even try swinging the crowbar at any point, even when no baddies were around.
One thing you CAN do besides just using the gravity gun is dropping those cars onto the enemies using the lever, OR setting them on fire by hitting that button in certain areas. Those are allowed. ------------------- | |

What the fudge? You can use the crowbar!?
 If so, I certainly made that level tougher than it had to be. =_= I assumed you couldn't use any weapon besides the gravity gun, and I still believe that is the case, unless someone can tell me otherwise. ------------------- | |
