yes..............yes it is.

ya you can do all sorts of things

EX: choose their breed, tail, markings, ears, mouth, body,
and clothes lol

can you control your pets if so how?

You can't control them but you can chose the personality!

u can also command them and be a werewolf. oh and i tried to become a werewolf but i cant attract a wolf. i put alot of trees around the sim's lot. i tried making it rain so weed will but, but the weeds still didnt pop up. help!

Yeah you can make your own pets along with your own sims. To make a pet goto the sims maker thingy and tap on the 'Add a family member' sign. Then you can choose to make a sim,cat or dog. Then you can choose what you would like to make!
