I have completed the KOTN main quests and i have the armor but it seems to be sooo hard to keep my infamy below 1 point. Is there any way to get it lower without doing the shrines ALL OVER AGAIN?

Not as far as I know, but if you know you are going to do something evil, use the Gray cowl if you have it, as it only adds the infamy to that rather than you.

there is one way...
do KOTN after you complete the WHOLE game then you wont have any infamy to to worry about all you'll be doing is dungeon raiding.or.... kniting... maybe some quilting... -------------------

The main sources of Infamy are the Thieve's Guild, the Dark Brotherhood, the Vile Lair's Minion, and killing people. Do the Thieve's Guild and Dark Brotherhood before starting Knights of the Nine, don't use the Vile Lair's Minion, and don't kill people. That's all there is to it.
