Rate of fire for me and then power, once you start spitting out bullets its they drop like flies, it also once you start hiting them it throws off there accuracy so its a insta win for me

Power for me followed by Accuracy.
I can seem to make a non-accurate gun accurate. So as long as the gun is powerful, I should be fine with it.

That's how most of the AK-47ers see it.

red dot sight on my m16 is gr8 nd my m14

I change around a lot, but:
M16 and Mini Uzi- both have silencers
M4 Carbine- ACOG scope
the rest of my guns, I don't use or they have a red dot sight

I like Rate of fire, then damage, then accuracy

Well, since you can raise the damage or rate of fire of a gun via perk #2, accuracy would be my pick.

Interesting that you don't include range, tho. That's a real deal-killer on some guns.

I play Ghost so Accuracy as silenced weapons and UAV Jamming buy a little extra time before you're located and then Power as you need to compensate for the silencing.

That's what I do, UAV Jammer and Silencers.

dot sight best same with silencers... i find the p90 kind of rigged. The 50 cal sniper needs to be more accurate. m 21 sniper i find is the best. m9 and dessert eagle my favorite pistols. the semi auto matic shotgun also pisses me off realy annoying when doing one on one...

Accuracy 100% for me. You don't have to be quick or powerful to kill somebody, you need to be accurate. If you can do that then you are almost guaranteed a kill.

Not true... A guy on my leaderboard has the lowest accuracy (around 4%), and he is in the top five for kills.
