I can't think of the details but a perk what lets you react faster to things like when your running to get your gun at hip and start shooting faster, I always die from running around and starting a 1v1 waiting for my guy to get his gun ready =C

Perk: Riot Shield
Allows you to carry a shield with a small visor allowing you to see through.
Pros: Nearly invulnerable from the front. Able to provide good cover for teammates.
Cons: Huge grenade target, vulnerable from behind.
