I've had the game since release and it's now pretty scratched from it's overuse.
For the last two months I haven't been able to play the map online. Haven't tried a LAN game with it actually.
But whenever it comes up and starts to load I get sent to the dashboard telling me to clean my disc.

What can I do about this, and does anyone else have this problem.
I've noticed it always gets skipped, could this be why as it was never skipped that often.

I don't think there is a way to fix it mate but i am not fully sure. 2 of mates/clan members have this problem, but 1 of them can't play bog/vacant and the other can't play crossfire. I hope there is a way to fix it but i can't really see how.

Get a disc clean and hope for the best

Shipment isn't in most game modes so at least it's not a more common one. Although, I don't know about you, but I enjoy private matches on Shipment.

You could either take the disk to a place like game/gamestation and have it cleaned for between £2-£3, or you could do what I've done a few times (though not for COD) which is to place the disk in a sink of soapy warm water and rub it with a soft damp towel. I've used it to install countless PC games that couldn't find files of and recently I cleaned a friend Tony Hawks Proving Ground using that method which stopped the game from freezing at a specific point

I've also heard of people that have cleaned disks with toothpaste before which I haven't tried personally

Harsh, but what do you really expect us to do? you said yourself the discs scratched...thats your problem.

You can either

A) Fix it
B) Buy a new copy
C) Never play the map again.

Was that really so hard to figure out?

I did, but its cos' i jogged my 360 with the disk still spinning.

Its just that certain data on the disc is now scratched and wont read properly. I had it with Vacant, Overgrown and Wetwork.

Go to a local store and get them to clean it properly using there fancy machines. Home remedies are 7/10 usually temporary, or just make it worse.

I took mine to my local game shop, mine was in a VERY bad way. Now its good as new.
