Thats my set up with the Dragunov and tbh I don't care if i'm called a noob for using it because I've gotten more no scopes with it then you can count (I use it like a Shotgun)

1. Iron Lungs with ACOG is as useful as a foam brick
2. You don't need stopping power with the Barrett, it does enough damage as it is.
3. D-Eagle is quite shit. Sure, it packs a punch, but you get like 6 shots per clip. The M9, USP .45 and the M1911 are better in the long run.
4. Red Tiger is for boasting, I have Red Tiger on my Dragunov and I still use Woodland or Digital (I switch around, + I don't have the Barrett yet [Level 42 1st Prestige])

Oh, I'm so sorry that I'm not a good video game player then.

I know how to handle real weapons, but that doesn't translate to automatic mad skillz with two thumbsticks. I have to learn, and I'm a slow learner when it comes to games. I'm not arguing statistics. I'm merely stating the fact that people can and will improve with practice. Me in CoD4 today is far different from me in CoD4 six months ago. Hell, I snipe whenever I get the opportunity, too. Before this whole thread got twisted out of proportion, I was trying to say that there is no cheap tactic because those same tactics can be used by you as well.

I guess my `high` number of kills is due to playing Ground War all the time, literally, I'm not a real fan of Search and Destroy, Team Tactical and the like.

I can agree with you. I was on pipeline the whole time and I was getting shot at by snipers. It was very frustrating, only came out of the game with 6 kills and 2 Assist.

its fun to snipe.. just watching the enemy in your sights just dropped from your bullet is...ummm rewarding and well finding out someone goes on a forum and complains about it... means us snipers are doing our jobs!

Once again, i have no problem with snipers, if they put some skill into it. Kids aiming in your general direction with a semi-auto, firing a whole clip and getting a lucky kill is what bothers me.
