Hello there I would like some help. You see, my (well my friends copy that he let me have) Call of Duty does not work online because my friend scratched that *bleep* out of it. I would like to borrow my friends copy, download on the hardrive (my copy wont download onto it because it is scratched) , and see if it works from there. But, there is a problem you see, my friend's brother plays call of duty non-stop and he would have a fit if I took it for even a day. But there X-box live gold just ran out meaning that he won't be playing Cod4 until he gets a new card which will likely be very soon.

So the main question is: If I downloaded Cod4 onto my Hardrive and use my crappy one (works for everything except online), could I play online? Help greatly appreciated!
