Plz dont end my mission for killing my teammates they purposly formed their group at the end of the mission around my grenade

That's the only bad thing about Call of Duty games. If you're shooting someone, and an ally steps in front of you - one stray bullet and mission is over. That, or as you said, they stand near grenades you throw.

Well most of the missions have checkpoints, get to the chekpoints you don't have to start the mission again, simple as.

Yes, but some of the checkpoints are spaced far apart.

Yeah I know that, just play it sfe until you get to the checkpoint. You have to go bck to the beginning of a mission if you don't get to the checkpoint. You can't just stop were you want exactly.

I hoipe they pull a Call of Duty 3 - where you don't even get a crosshair when looking at an ally. Unrealistic, but it worked better than COD2.
