Do you like the way thi series is going? |
|
So, to all the hardcore fans. who else think this series is going in a bad direction? who thinks that this game needs to go back to its roots now! and not become another Assassins creed, or any other shoot em up you've ever seen.

Honestly, no I don't really like where the game is heading in terms of gameplay and overall experience BUT I do love the storyline. It's so easy to get caught up in the story and you really feel for Sam. The Splinter Cell series has one of the best storylines in its genre. You really couldn't ask for more. To be honest, if it just stayed the same game as the first three games, it would get really boring. The first Splinter Cell didn't really give much personal info on Sam. But as the games went on, we slowly got to know him and even Lambert. It was hard not to go into the direction the storyline is heading into right now. I want to see Conviction go back to it's roots with the classic style of gameplay yet incorporate some new features and aspects seeing as how they have a whole system that can handle amazing things to their disposal but I believe the storyline is what makes this series brilliant.

She seems to mean a lot to Fisher. Fisher is quite dark and emotional but he seems to have a certain fond for her, and she's one of the only few people he actually likes.

Never got that game. Wasn't Wilkes the name Lambert used when Posing as Emile Dufraisne's arms dealer? The E-mail "Wolves among the sheep" says Did you see an arms dealer named Wilkes. What if i told you he died years ago.(or something like that)

Yeah, that sounds about right. Really silly of Lambert to use an alias that already exists (or doesn't anymore for that matter) only to get him in deeper trouble.

Exactly what happened. Dufraisne found him out and Sam chose whether or not to kill him.
