Twincasting

I need help understanding Twincast. I gave it to Rosa and Rydia because, well, I saw them use it in the opening before the main menu. My problem is that their compatability or sync, I think they call it, is at 0% and that's a problem for me. It's like my 'ace in the hole' that's for finishing enemies in cool ways. Yeah, I'm weird but any advice would help.

If you haven't saved yet, give it to Cecil and Rosa. It's a lot stronger, and works better.

If by 0% compatability/sync, you mean one of the two casts faster than the other one, you could cast haste with Rosa either on herself or Rydia, depending on which of the two is slower. Or use Hade's Sandals. That also boosts the speed of the slower caster. Credit NaughtyNeko.

No it's not that. WHen I make the two twincast they aren't compatable. the game tells me 'Sync 0%' and it fails after every attempt. I've started a new game plus now and I will correct it but I just want to be sure how to keep up compatability.

The closer they are in HP and MP the more "sync" you will have. At low sync you will either fail or get stuck with Pyroblast.
