If you're lucky enough, you'll get omega and ultima weapon..

omg that's really incredible considering i just barely beat WoL at stage one. but then i dont have any good items to help me so... maybe i can do it too when i have good equipment (i really need cloud's fenrir)!

about the lvl 100 weapons they're pretty damn hard to get you have to get the battle raise of lvl 99 on the character you need, so far i've only got 1 reflection pearl and you need 5... The max battle raise percentage is 1.9 and that's when you buy the battle raise increaser the normal one is 0.8

get your luck to 100 and you'll have 20.8% to drop. =)

i doubt you can equip ten of them. lol. +4 luck can only equip 2, cuz its a rank A item.
just get your luck to 100. =)

Trade the rosetta stones you get from completing the story mode. On the shop menu, (not the PP store) go to the etc section and choose the 1st option to add a accesory slot.
