	how do u make allys on random maps because they all team up on me and i set it as everyone has no teams i guve them tributes and stuff yet nuthin happens ? help plz

	NO!! its becuz the cpu r made to attack the enemy that is strongest of all of factions. EXAMPLE 1 STIMULAS:u have greatest economy RESPOND:ENEMY WILL ATTACK U FIRST IN FEAR U R POWERFUL ENOUGH TO KIL THEM EXAMPLE 2 STIMULAS:u have greatest military RESPOND:ENEMY WILL ATTACK U FIRST IN FEAR U WILL OVERPOWER THEM BY FORCE EXAMPLE 3 STIMULAS:U HAVE GREATEST ECONOMY AND MILITARY RESPOND:ENEMY WILL ATTACK U WITH ALL ITS MIGHT IN FEAR U WILL OVERPOWER THEM BY FORCE AND WHEN U TAKE CASTUALTIES U WILL BE ABLE TO BIG A BIG FORCE AGAIN i hope this help u and i wasnt to late to answer
