Anyone else annoyed on how quickly it resets your car, I hate it! It takes away all of the good crashes, I can see why its their (so people don't skip half the track) but surely they could do some kind of penalty's, like the Forza 2 demo, when you get additional seconds added to your time if you go of course!

I can agree with you on that point, yeah. I went flying off the track over some rocks and was looking forward to the crash animation, when I flashed and appeared back on the track again. The time penalty would be better.

Aye, I agree. It's not just flying off the track that forces the game to rest your position, but any exiting of the track itself. If you stray about 20 meters past the track in a buggy race, it will reset your position. It doesn't even give you time to straighten up and get back on the track, it immediatly resets.

Yeah, this has been the one and only thing that's really bugged me. I'm all for it reseting our vehicle, I just wish it didn't do it right away.
And then I think it would be cool if it did some sort of instant reply thing before reseting our vehicle. Because if you happened to hit something and your vehicle starts to roll and flip and then you get reset, I think that would be a cool thing to watch before continuing your race. | |

Yeah, I'd like that. The crashes in this game are quality (thanks to the amazing damage system), but you rarely get to see them. It especially sucks for people who like to use the in-car view like me. >.<

this really annoys me aswell, cos even though your annoyed about crashing or going off course you atleast want to see the outcome, and as soon as you approuch a rock at 100mph it RESETS ! annoying.

I think there should have just been a reset button if you crash, not reset by itself.
