Blackout is awesom, I've been online digging into sites to see if I can find out what makes it trigger. The opinions vary, I've seen a video on Youtube, where each union uses it. Like most people my only union that uses it is David, how do I learn this for other unions? Any thoughts or advice is welcome, before hand, my thanks.

The requirement for a Union to learn/use Blackout is for at least three active party members to be using a magic skill in one battle turn. If this is the case, they may link together and use Blackout.
There are other factors that contribute, but this is the major trigger. ------------------- I want your love. And I want your revenge

Trigger or requirement? I'm sure that I have more mystic users in other Unions, however they've never developed the ability.
