Sure thing, even though I only rented this game for a week.

First, climb the ivy up the wall to your right (jump and press R1 to grab hold). Then, jump across to the window washer platform, and press R1 to grab onto it (that's where I got stuck ), then just pull yourself up.

Next, the game tells you to drop a donut from the platform. Just press whatever button it is to do it, then run to the other side of the platform, jump and press R1 to grab the ladder, then climb up.

After that, continue on, drop down off the edge and grab the railing as instructed, move to the other side of the gap, then climb down the ladder.

That's all there is to it, really.
