does your rank in the game affect how hard the races are or the races' difficulty?[b][/b]

i am not shure if it does or not BUT here is what i have seen on / in my game.

i am 20 % through and have 5 cars 1 pontiac soltis 1 69 camaro and 3 YES 3 new chargers each one looks 100% different .

any who when i go to rate my ride an on line race OR load up a game i normaly get random race duficultys.

some times i have many green / eazy runs others i have many yelly and orange and or at times i get 2 to 5 red har races i think it maby rando BUT I AM NOT SHURE

The diffculty assortment didn't seem to make much difference. Green marked races can still be as hard as one marked in red.
