on the starcraft2 website in protoss there is a lot of talk about psionic but wtf is it!?

They are basically mind powers. Obviously the Protoss have developed their psionic powers quite well, as displayed by both Dark and High Templar, and even their Zealots' blades.
Ghosts also have some psionic abilities, but nowhere as advanced as the Protoss. -------------------  | |

I don't know, maybe from playing the game? The Psionic Storm spell should've at least given you a clue..
