USD is US Dollars. $250 is a lot for that, but its sure kickass. id pay like $100 at the very most, but most likely no more than $50.

Phfft! That's nothing. At the cinema where I'm at, there's this Pirates of the Caribbean 3 poster that's going for about AUD$600. Which is about USD$300-500, or more.

I have some Starcraft action figures, found them at an EB back when Brood War came out, think they're discontinued. A marine, a hydralisk, and a zealot. Bet you could find some on eBay.

I remember those SC figures at EB. I was always looking for the marine one, but they only had the Hydra.

ha, if it was signed by any of the main actors (Depp, Bloom, Knightley, Nighy, Rush, Yun-Fat, etc.), it would be going for so much more than that.

About the match ups in SC2. I'm hoping Reapers and Marines aren't the only good counter to the Protoss Immortal. Making infantry against Protoss was never a good idea, since they have the Reavers and High Templar Storms. I sure hope the Terrans have at least 2-3 more mechanical units that are useful against Protoss.

yeah, if they have Vultures, Goliaths or any other medium unit that has a moderat damage, not too much to activate the Immortals super shields. STs in tank mode would for sure work better than they would in siege mode, so theres that at least.

There's not much that does as much damage as a siege tank in siege mode, I doubt it'll activate for moderate damage, only high.

Then why $600? It's a poster. Got to be something special about it.

yeah, as far as i can surmise from what Blizz has shown us so far, and going from the first game, sieged STs and a BC's Yamato are the only things i can think of right now that would activate the Immortal's super shields. so there should be plenty of Terran units to counter them. now i dont know what else they have planned for heavy attacks, but of course a Nuke would be overkill, as no Protoss unit's shields can withstand a Nuke strike.

as for Zerg, what would they have in that damage range? one thing not known is whether the attack has to be ranged or if it can be melee to activate the super shields. at the least we know that a Reaper party is a great counter, im thinking Marines would be almost as effective also, therefore im wondering if a Zergling/Hydra squad would be effective on the Zerg side of things.

Zerg might not have many central units that can activate the
Immortal shield. Some units aren't good in every match up and the Immortal could be one of them.
