Super 13 of course he is the best that is why I handle him so well. and he sould NOT Have SSW that is dumb why didn't they give him another move that has some sort of awesomeness to it.

About turles I think his UB sould be the best cause it sould include the two blasts he did in the end here is how I think it sould go...
Burst Meteor: (Starts with him hitting them way high in the air and then kicking down they get up he does his Black and White blast it hits does the electric explosion thing he then lands angry and they get up again and he does his giant purple attack sending them flying, can destroy there body, 14,346 boost)

The White and black blast?? that is what he used. and I know his UB would be a little overkill but hey it is AWESOME right (put AWESOME if so)

1. be 2 blasts not 1, and
2. not have those stupid rings that fly outta the blasts?

Well the arena should also be more in depth like for forests there is more than one tree? For instance...
1. Tree Of Might stage everyone has wanted ever since Turles was in a DBZ game the could make that as "tall" as the "space" stage but with ground and a "below" ground stage as I like to call it where if you find a certain location you can go under the normal stage (the water area where Gohan (ape) calmed down) or an "above" stage (where Goku killed Turles)
2. Glacier of the 13 battle... Shit that needs SSSUUUPPPEEERR big installments like: 1. more ice stuff. 2. More like actual place not much else to say other than Super 13 is the best movie/character ever
3. The Mountains and houses buildings should be less breakable than how it is I want to be able to smash through glasses with out breaking the entire building or for that matter enter a building through the door?!
That is really what they need to do for there games and add each stage as it was in the story.

Captain Ginyu should retain his own powers, and moves, in there body but they should do less damage, and give him full health, his hits will do less and what no that is what the move should do.
