how do i change the battle level of the world tournament and cell games so i can unlock King Cold and Spopovinch.

On some of the tournaments you cant change the level but if hurcule dose'nt say anything just move the anolog stick to whichever one

To be able to get those characters on the level of difficulty they are on you have to have a lot of luck
