OK, so I have reason to believe there may be a Dragonball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 4, as it doesn't really say anywhere that 3 is the final version, so it's possible they could make it.

Anyway, if they did, I would love to see a Character creator.

Basically it would work like this...

You would first select the gender, then this body and muscle size, you would not do every detail, there would simply be alot of models like Goku size, Broly, Spopovish, Gohan, etc. You would then choose a skin colour, it can be any colour or you can have Namek in which case there will be the random pink things. You would also decide the overall size as in height.

Next you would do the clothing, you would be able to select the majority of the clothing from the characters like Goku's gi, Saiyan Armour, Singlet, T shirt, Jacket, Shorts, Trousers, Shoes, Sandals, bare feet, basicly like Mortal Kombat Armageddon. When you unlock a character, you also unlock their clothing for the character creator. You can then also change the colour of each part of the clothing. Also you can have layers, eg. A t shirt with Piccolo's cape.

You will then do the hair, you can choose a wide variety of styles and then give it any colour you want, you can then decide how long the hair is.

Next will be the facial features, you can choose the eyes, nose and mouth, if they grin, smirk or just serious.

Next you will be able to ad extras, eg, a tail, scouter, cap, etc.

After all that you will create their moves, you will choose their stance, taken from the characters and a few made up ones. Then you will decide the move set, you will not decide each lone punch as that will take too long, instead you choose a preset combo, and you decide which best fits the character, there will be fast ones for small character, slow ones for bulky characters, ones that involve mostly kicks or punches etc. You can then decide the kind of ki pulse they have which is one of the combo moves and the stomach punch.

Next you will decide other moves like after tripping if you can use the following combo or not, this is because it's more likely for bulky characters to not have this, but you can have the hammer move.

Next you will decide their ki colour, you can choose any colour. NOW you decide their Ultimate moves, it will work like this, you choose a preset move style, like a kamehameha style, Final Flash, One hand out front, Two hands, Just a whole lot of styles, you will then decide if it is a ball or beam, and finally the name.

You will do the same with the Ultimate move.

Also forgot one last thing you can decide the voice, is it deep, high, warped like Shenron. etc.

Now you can decide if they have Transformations or not, doing this you will have to make a second character which you can start from scratch or just modify existing characters. Then once you're done you can create a transformable character and place the characters in order how you like. Eg, Create a small character and have him transform into a big character or have them turn SS or make up transformations. This way you could even re-create Goku and make up all the Transformations plus SS5 etc.

Well that's about it, tell me what you think and would you like to see this in a game, also anything you would add or change?

if they made a number 4 i will definately buy it. and if its got character creator then i will be all happy. lol.
