Yeah you can fuse during battle, if its a team battle and you have both people on your team who you need to make the fusion, just go into the pause menu and go to the moves list and it should tell you what buttons you need to press to perform fusion

Just the ones that exist, you can't make up fusions.
So this is : Gogeta, Gotenks, Gogeta SS4, Vegito, Vegito SS.

even if you cant make your own fusions cant you do anything else with fusing,or fusion

to get dbs quicker just play the story mode lvl which is trunks VS cell and just destroy the buildings and you will find one each time, the building it is in is random.
