Cheapest character?
If you're talking about non-customized, it's pretty much either SS4 Gogeta or LSSJ Brolly. They're both incredibly powerful and Brolly has an automatic Power Body and an unblockable Ultimate. If you're talking about customized, SS$ Gogeta, SSJ2 Teen Gohan, LSSJ Brolly, etc. are still plenty cheap, but other characters have a few things that can be optimized for some real cheap trash. A couple examples are a fast Ki-Charging Syn Shenron Blazing Storm and Full Blast Stock SSJ Vegetto Afterimage. | |
