You know when you press "A" 5 times you atoumaticly
teleport on the last hit to send your oponent flying away ?

then you can attack him in mid air a few times as you follow him, I'm having trouble mastering this.

I'm so close to finnishing Mission 100. 95/100 so far.
I did it once & it can take an entire bar of health so you could see why mastering this attack is usefull.

I'm not sure what you're talking about exactly. Are you you referring to just mashing the melee attack button over and over (without any directional inputs) until your character ends the combo with kicking the opponent up or down and then teleoprts and knocks them away?

If so, I wouldn't recommend using this combo a lot, especially if you plan to go up against real players online. The combo is predictable and easily blocked.

A better melee rush involves the first combo wave (5 hits for most characters), then press the "dash" button to step in to your opponent, allowing you to get another melee combo rush in. You should also throw in some other moves during combos (press the "ki blast" button during a combo). Learning the moves of your character and utilizing them to the fullest can give you some insane combos - and considering how difficult it is to "counter teleport" in this game, makes it all the more useful.

Also, if you're having trouble completing any fights in Tenkaichi 3, you could always whip out the good ol' Syn Shenron Blazing Storm Custom.

thanks, I use goku ssj4, his has a good combo attack, kamehahea (bad speeling LOL) I'm just focusing on actuall fighting rather than blast ro rush attacks.

No prob. Melee is a lot more useful in Tenkaichi 3 than it was in previous games, so it's really good to know. I've noticed that online, most of the kids just like to run around charging their specials and shooting them over and over again... But when I come in with a melee combo, they don't know what to do.

Also, I'm not sure if you know how to do it already or not, but after you knock someone away (usually with a charged melee attack), you can follow up on them by pressing the "dash" button as they're flying. Hold down the attack button and you can knock them away and then teleport behind them and attack (with the "Ki Blast" button) and then hit them a third time (with the "block" button).
