CLOUD NINE Founded by SkyGuy717  (Our mascot, Psyduck.) Purposes of Cloud Nine: -To battle eachother -To help eachother -To train poke'mon -To trade poke'mon -To have fun -To beat the living snot out of other clans (Keeping it rated "E") Rules: -No Spamming -No Swearing -No Flaming -Please use correct grammar, it makes everything easier -MOST IMPORTANT: YOU MUST BE ACTIVE If you are not active for more than a two weeks, you will be removed from Cloud Nine, unless you are on vacation, or have explained your absence beforehand. Alliances: N/A In order to join: -You must have at least three EV trained Poke'mon. -You must have Wi-Fi. (WE DO NOT USE SHODDY.) -You must be able to access Pal Park in your game. -You must own a Pysduck. Members/Rankings: Our ranking system is fairly simple if to follow. The best player is our Leader. Next best is the Champion. Below the Champion is the Elite 4, which is obviously four people, who are ranked 1-4. Under the Elite 4, are our Gym Leaders, who are ranked 1-8. Anyone else who is not good enough to be ranked is just a "Member." Any Member can challenge the first Gym Leader (Which is the eighth one rank-wise.) (Only one person can challenge him per week, the rest go on a waiting list.) If you succeed in beating the first Gym Leader, you take his place. Then, from there it is pretty much self-explanitory. The first Gym Leader can challenge the second (rank; 7th), the second can challenge the third (rank; 6th), etc. The eighth Gym Leader (Who is really the first one rank-wise), can challenge the first Elite 4 (which is really the 4th rank-wise.) And, last but not least, The number one ranked Elite 4 can challenge the Champion. All of these challenges can only take place once per week. Leader:SkyGuy717 Champion:Pocketfan Elite 4: 1- Haydon Shaw 2- Item Guru Ram28 3- N/A 4- N/A Gym Leaders: 1- N/A 2- N/A 3- N/A 4- N/A 5- N/A 6- N/A 7- N/A 8- N/A Members: -N/A Titles: Titles are nametags that can be given to any member regarless of rank, and there can be multiples of the same title. Professors:Someone with a complete Poke'dex. Breeders:Someone who can breed nearly every breedable poke'mon, and can breed to get certain natures, IV's, egg moves, etc. Item Gurus:Someone who can attain nearly every item, and can give them to other clan members. Berry Masters:Someone who can attain nearly every berry, including ones from past generations, for clan usage. Graphic Designer:Someone to design our graphics. yup, so i joined this tournement (sp?) on wiipals, but all the poke are at 100, while mine are at 70 ish. I'm very upset
