Dude, Griff. The NRE tourney is supposed to be like this:
You can use whichever pokemon you want but they just have to not be at their final form of evolutions. If it is a pokemon that doesn't eveolve, they can't be used. ONLY pokemon not at their final evolution.


That's all there is to it. You cant stop people from using an SD scyther or anything like that because that is part of the strategy of having NFE pokemon. You have to do anything to try to win, which includes setting up for sweeps.
