I'm basing off my knowledge from the spin-off existence of happiness and condition in the region called Sinnoh. I honestly ran away from Sinnoh and went to the future to help Grovyle. Well, never mind that. Putting it aside...

I don't know how my teammates are going to evolve if such a thing called happiness and condition aren't existent in the game's mechanics. I plan to get a Feebas anytime soon but... how the hell would it evolve? My teammate Haunter is also stuck like that and I don't know how the hell it's going to be a Gengar... since I know you need to trade him to evolve it... but in this case...?

On the Haunter case I think you need to trade with someone else because on this game you can trade pokemon that you have recruited

and for the happiness evolvers, i believe u have to get 3-4 iq stars, im not fully sure cuz i dont honestly no, ive just heard that

Some pokemon would need items to evolve. Like for example Feebas evolves by attributing the item 'Beautiful Scaf' while evolving. At Luminous Springs it will ask you if you wish to submit an item for evolution, at that time you can tribute the 'Beutiful Scaf' and then Feebas would evolve to a Milotic.

For Haunter's case, you would just need to tribute a Link Cable and it would evolve.

For pokemon that would need happiness like Togepi it would need 2 IQ stars to be able to evolve. I think that counts for all the pokemon that need happiness to evolve except the ones that need certain time. In that case pokemon that evolve at day time such as an Eeevee that is wanting to turn to a Espeon would need 2 IQ stars and the 'Sun Ribbon' to evolve. Pokemon that evolve and night time and need happiness would need 2 IQ stars and the 'Lunar Ribbon'.

Sun Ribbon - For pokemon that evolve at daytime
Lunar Ribbon - For pokemon that evolve at nighttime
Link Cable - For pokemon that evolve through trading
2 IQ Stars - For pokemon that need Happiness
