--Tournament Judging--

-Foreword-
To be totally honest I expected more entries. That said, the quality of entries was rather good overall. The trick to this theme was to create a design that was "cute" and still looked more like a pokemon that, say, a neopet. Most of the entrants pulled that off pretty well so good job there. Urgh, sorry if some of the comments are a bit short, I’ve come down with a cold and I feel terrible D:

[JJoploo] WOW! I really like this sprite JJ, I’m glad you entered something like this. Really nice work JJ, the sprite looks smooth and everything is fused well. Sadly, I’m not a fan of the half-devil/half-angel idea, the idea is just contradictory, that’s just personal opinion. The only other thing that has kept you back is the fact that it doesn’t look too much like a “cute legendary”, this is mostly because of the size but it isn’t really a big issue. [B+]

[bgg1996] Well… Not really too much to say, is there? Basicly you made three balls with faces and colored each one differently. I’ll say, the shading isn’t bad and I do think these are cute pokemon but you were tasked to create a single pokemon rather than three little ones. [JosiePika] Big, Josie, very big. I know, I know “Mime jr has a big sprite and is actually small!” But really, this is just too big to be a “cute” legendary. Despite that I think the design and colors are really good. I cant really find too much wrong with it, technically that is. I have to say, the outlines look jagged in some place, I don’t know why but they do. Of course, kudos for total scratch, that isn’t an easy feat to pull off. [B-]

[Ophion] P…Pikachu? I’ll be honest, this looks a lot like Pikachu, especially with the black spots under its cheeks. Anyway, besides that, I think the sprite looks a little odd, the wings are a bit high and the chest and stomach go a bit low. The fact that it looks like Pikachu doesn’t help(especially in a round that explicitly states that you should scratch or fuse beyond recognition.) [B-]

-Themes-
In this round you are to create a new pokemon(Scratch and/or heavy edits) that could be part of a legendary trio in a new region. There aren't any limits on what you can do other than it must be scratched or fused beyond recognition and it must fit the theme. Its totally up to you and your creativity. This is the final round so I expect to see some great sprites.

Lizz
Fire: You are to create a Fire-typed Dragon with the secondary type Dark. Basically you are to make a Fire/Dark typed pokemon with the body of a dragon. An example of a Dragon pokemon that doesnt have the Dragon-type is Charizard.

Blair32
Water: You are to create a Water-typed Dragon with the secondary type Dark. Basically you are to make a Water/Dark type pokemon with the body of a dragon. An example of a Dragon pokemon that doesnt have the Dragon-type is Charizard. A good little subtheme for your sprite could be Abyss or Deep sea as these are both dark places, it's your choice.

JJoploo
Electric: You are to create an Electric-typed Dragon with the secondary type Dark. Basically you are to make a Electric/Dark type pokemon with the body of a dragon. An example of a Dragon pokemon that doesnt have the Dragon-type is Charizard. A storm subtheme could be used here to produce a good themed sprite.
