I've posted advice in the thread for killing the T-Rex.

For the garden maze, get to the central portion to obtain an item Lara needs to advance further. There's a map of the maze hidden behind a bookcase in the first library room Lara entered.

I found out how to open the gates. I found it in one of those books in the game and made the sun dile go over 11, 2 and then 7. The gates opened, I got my grapling hook and put the bow in the staues hand, but now I can't find where this 'musical lock' thing is the open this door. Where is it??

The music box cylinder is in the garden. You need to get an arrow for the statue as well. Then activate it.

Not a whole lot, besides have Lara hit a few notes on the piano, harp, and native instrument. She can also play music from the soundtrack on the stereo.

It just means that you've completed Croft Manor.
