You know hen you go into extras and there's a thing there called 'commentaries'? Well what the hell do they do?

When commentaries are activated, markers will appear at a few places in the levels. They're diamonds hanging at about Lara's waist height. Activate them to hear developer commentaries.

There are two immediately in Croft Manor. Give them a listen.

I've looked EVERYWHERE!! And I still can't find any dimond thingies. Could someone please tell me where they are?

You have to manually enable the commentaries after you've started a level. Every last time, as I recall.

Go to the cheats submenu under the options menu. Or something like that. It's possible "Saving Rewards" will save this setting. Might be worth a try.
