I recently started playing NBA 2K3 and I have some newbie questions:

- On the trainning mode, I get an excellent release when the player reaches the highest point in the jump when he shoots, but is it the best moment to release for shots thrown from every distance? I mean, is it better to release sooner when the player is in the paint and later when he is from 3-point deep?

- On the coach profile, there is a Teaching item. What is the impact of this rating on my players? Do players improve during the season when I have a coach rated as Master in the Teaching item?
