I'm thinking you mean the 1st encounter with the circular-saw lollipop wielding doll yes? The fight where she is on a walkway above you, this is when you mean yes?
If so, its been a while, but I'm pretty sure you have to throw the exploding dolls up at her and time it right to hit her again and again till she runs off. If I remember correctly there is an infinite supply of the dolls in a box in the back corner opposite where you entered the room. This fight is all about timing, she isn't stupid and won't run headlong into explosions.

as well as that, duck round the corner where the dolls are to avoid being killed by her explosions.

she leaves after three or four hits.

yes thats right throw the dolls at her right hand side thats where she gets her stash of dolls from,time it right and about 4 explosions do her in,to your right is some health if you need it,just run back to your stash of dolls to hide away from her exploding ones.
