AzureLao, It's alright, fairly innacurate outside V.A.T.S though. I only have a 1 Schematic Railway Rifle though. I'm not sure what a 3 Schematic Railway Rifle would be like.

There's three (3) Schematics for each weapon, apart from the Bottle-Cap Mine and Rock-It Launcher, which have four (4). The more Schematics you have + the higher your Repair Skill, the stronger the Weapon will be. Gah! I was in the same building as the Fisto! I didn't even see it? What the hell? Anyway, a Railway Rifle Schematic is in the Substation a stones throw away from it, it's listed. I also now have a 3 Schematic Railway Rifle, it's pretty good man. It's huge and a wolf, which is what I was referring to. Yes I know what a werewolf is.
How do you explain the howls then? Bears don't howl. To make my point less valid, there's something written in the art book along the lines of, 'See which monsters made it into the game.' Now, so far every monster has been in it, but there are a few who haven't yet, I'm not sure as I haven't finished the game/explored everywhere. This is quickly turning into another 'bigfoot' like in SA. ------------------- Oh come one! I can't get the T-51b power armour... I killed Crowley halfway through the quest. I told him I wanted the keys back and he tried to kill me, so I spattered his brains... I took the keys, But I'm not sure who else I need to kill. I took out the first guy, then the guy that's in Rivet City, I told him I was there to kill him, so he gave me his key. Then I killed Crowley.

Turns out I had all the keys anyway... I went and got the T-51b Power Armour by accident while searching the surrounding buildings around the Brotherhood Outcast Shack.

Yes, I fixed me previous mistake on the Talon Company info. At that stage, they had only attacked me when I exited the sub-way.
------------------ Haven't been to the Nuka-Cola plant. I'll look into it though. ------------------ I don't have a theme, and can't get them any more. I went on a rampage in Tenpenny Tower and killed everyone, after I got the Infirmary, Work Bench and Science set that is. ------------------ Finally, has an old follower ever come back to life? I'm sure I got Charon's Death Notice. But when I got the slave chick in Paradise Falls, I got notice that Charon was back at the Bar in Underworld? Deathclaw Tip: Shoot the Deathclaw chasing you with the Dart Gun. You'll cripple his legs so he can't run, only walk. You can then leisurely walk backwards and unload clip after clip into his face.

It's on top of a mountain of rock near Rockbreaker's Last Gas, you can't miss it. There were Enclave soldiers, as well as Super Mutants near by for me.

Early Sniper Rifle: Check the rocks closest to Megaton's walls. Eventually you'll come upon a rock that's hollowed out and contains a half condition Sniper Rifle and some ammunition. This is good for the start of the game, when you have limited weapons.

That's odd, I had no trouble finding a Gas Tank, I just couldn't find the damn Hand Brake!

They still miss in V.A.T.S, the 0 bullet spread is for outside V.A.T.S. If your Small Guns skill is at 100, and so is the Rifles Condition, and you aim at the opponent correctly, i.e. onto a body part. You'll always hit. There isn't a 'it might miss regardless of everything else' aspect to the two of them.

Now, I can't find your post in the thread about the Locations list, Shave ya Head. I have a feeling that you PM'd it to Calcutta though? Am I right? Also Shave ya Head, there isn't really any need for the comment about member time. I've been here for nearly 5 years, yet I don't throw my weight around like that. He probably only created the account to post in this thread. I know, that as a general rule, the longer you've been on the site, the more your respected, but honestly, no need. Raiden. You went about it in the wrong way. There really wasn't any need for you to accuse Shave ya Head of stealing it. You could have gone about it in a much nicer way.
